Well to be honest I have taken part in so many competitions till now and I have won many prizes in painting competitions when I was in school. As I am a college student now, there is a festival named youth festival which is organised in every college, every year. I remember the very last year I remember the very last year I participated in that competition for the first time and I took part in a painting competition there also.
In the beginning I was very nervous because I didn’t know like what type of topic they will give us but they gave participants the topic to display the real image of India and I use my imagination and presented the real image I would say that was the dark side of India which I presented and everybody like that painting and I won first prize last year. From that win of mine all the students and teachers of our college were happy and this year they are expecting the same from my side so that’s why I’m just polishing my skills of painting.

I am worried this time also because I don’t know what future has in his lap and after bagging the first position in the last competition it becomes very difficult to maintain the same position in the next competition but still I am practising and giving my best. To win this competition this time I’m searching about all the topics such as my country, pollution, environment, Covid 19, women empowerment, drugs et cetera. Because I have seen that most of the time they give competitors a topic from such topics.
Furthermore, this competition interests me because I have an interest in painting and I love showcasing my skills in front of everybody because when anybody praises my Art then I feel happy. Moreover, I remember vividly last year when I won first prize then many people from my college became my friends so these are the main reasons why I like such competitions. Hence, this is the competition in which I would like to take part.

I love to do cycling and hence the competition that I would like to take part in, is 50 kilometers cycling. It is not a race but it is a 50 kms ride to check the endurance and stamina of the cyclists. This competition is organized and sponsored by one famous gymnasium in my city. They do this every year. Whosoever completes the distance will get a cycle as a gift and one year of free membership in the gymnasium.

This is one major reason why I am interested in this competition. In the last few years I have become very serious about my health and fitness. I came to know about this competition through my neighbor and my friend. My neighbor had participated in this competition last year and this year he asked me if I wish to participate as well.
One of my friends had also won a cycle before a couple of years. In this competition, I guess I would have to build my strength by gradually pedaling with increased capacity. I would have to get my cycle serviced and greased and also buy a cycling helmet for myself. In the competition I will have to make it to 50 kms.
Some more reasons why this is of interest to me is that it will be beneficial to my health and I will be able to make new friends. I will get to check my potential. I am assuming that it is going to be a thrilling and a worthwhile experience for me. I am looking forward this and can’t wait to win the prize.

Answer– According to me all type of people are competitive because everybody want to excel in every field but not many people have courage to compete with others so that’s why I would say people who have a lot of courage And confidence only those people are competitive.
2- What kind of competitions do people like to take part in?
Answer– well there’s so many competitions in my nation almost every field have their own competitions and it’s very hard for me to answer this question that what kind of competition is people like to take part in because India is a diverse country and many people are residing over here and every person have their own thinking and interest so I er cannot talk about all the people but yes in general most of the people like to take part in competitions of government jobs.
3- Do you think that there are so many competition programmes on TV today?
Answer – yes of course there are so many competition programmes on television in today’s world. I personally love seeing those competitions, especially dance competitions. The competitions which are broadcasted on television are meant to showcase Talent. I think competition programmes on television are good because it brings name and fame to the competitors.
