Well, a family is our source of strength and it provides the first level of education as it instills essential values. I love all my family members but today i am going to talk about my mother with whom i would like to work in future. As a matter of fact, my mother runs her own boutique in which she gives training to girls about stitching and also regarding how to do embroidery on punjabi suits.
My mother is a very creative person and she always uses unique and innovative ideas in designing the suits. I worked with her after completing my 12th class. At that time i learnt how to stitch and design suits in a creative way. That was a wonderful experience for me. Now, after my graduation i want to gain more knowledge in this field.

The reason why i would like to work with her is that she has a depth of knowledge in it and i can spend more time with my mother for learning this skill. Moreover, it would be a pleasant and rewarding experience for me and also working in family business gives all family members more self-confidence.
In addition to this, i love punjabi suits as they are all about elegance, grace and an ethnic feel. I want to design it with attractive colours and materials. Also, i want to expand my mother’s business and it will make her happy which is the most important thing for me. So, i would like to work with my mother and i am so excited for this.

Answer – There are multiple positive effects of working with a family member. Firstly if there is a situation to take leave from the work then it can be managed or understood by the family member in case of emergency. Another positive for me is that you can also get your salary on time due to family relationships.

Answer – Well, I’m sorry for the lack of ideas about family businesses because I’m not up to my depth about any business but I guess Indian families are into garments businesses, especially for ladies. Other than that I can’t give you any more examples

Answer – Without a doubt, they’re skilled in a family business and family business is more sustainable. To be more precise, people can rely on their family members more than others and family business may be affordable and scalable.

Answer – To be perfectly honest, I’m struggling to think of any drawbacks because I’ve already mentioned multiple benefits however sometimes I’ve seen joint family businesses are not that successful due to personal satisfaction.
