No doubt, these days there are several types of jobs available and people like to do job according to their interest. I also have interest in many jobs, however today I am going to talk about a particular job which I would not like to do. It is the job of ‘Salesman (for boys) or saleswoman (for girls) ‘. I think it is not a cup of tea for me to do this.
There are plethora of reasons why I don’t want to do this work. Firstly, it requires a lot of patience because salesman or saleswoman have to meet with numerous types of people in their daily schedule even some masses are very arrogant by nature. Moving ahead, this profession is full of stress. Companies set targets for employees with time limit, which is really challenging to achieve many times.
Besides this, they give too much pressure to the workers in order to increase their sales. However, I am not able to bear that much pressure and I might be depressed from high pressure. I know numerous individuals who are working as a salesman and they are really frustrated with their work. For example, my cousin works in reputed clothing company, he tells me that many customers come to the store and buy nothing which sucks up his energy.
Last but not the least, there is no scope of promotion in this profession, hence I don’t want to do this job. All in all, I feel this job always keep the salesman/saleswoman in pressure and they have to listen from their boss, owner or even customers. So, this is really frustrating job which I wouldn’t like to do in the future.
