Well, it is very important to set goals in life. Goals assist humans to get success in their life. I think without setting goals, a person is incomplete. I have also set many short-term goals, however today I would like to talk about a long-term goal which I want to achieve in the future. It is about the opening of ‘Fitness Club’. Since my school days, I have been thinking about this goal. As we know, the level of health is getting down among the humans, so several steps are needed to ensure better health of individuals.
Hence, I have decided to open a health club in the future. Although it requires a lot of money, yet I believe in hard work, and I can arrange enough money to open this club. As soon as I will finish my health and fitness classes, I will begin to focus on my aim.

Moreover, I will do lots of hard work to achieve my goal as well as I will also fit myself before opening the club. If I don’t keep fit myself, people will not trust on my services. I know it will take time to achieve, but I have been working on this goal step by step.
The reason why I have this aim because this is really a great business to prevent people from diseases as well as I can also maintain my health. Additionally, health awareness is the most important thing which I will provide them in my club regarding eating habits, sleep timing and so on. So, this is the aim of my life which I want to achieve in the upcoming time.

Answer: Yes of course, they must set goals for their juveniles because they know their child better and spend most of the time with them. But they should set goals according to their child’s capability.
Question 2- When do young children start to set goals for themselves?
Answer: – In my opinion, children start making goals when they get matured or while pursuing their secondary education when they have to set a goal for further study.
Question 3- What kind of goals are not realistic?
Answer: – I think setting goals more than their capability is not realistic. A person should set goals according to their ability. For example, a heart patient should not set a goal to participate in heavy weightlifting.
Question 4- Why do people set goals?
Answer: – I think if people set goals, they can achieve success more easily. Setting goals give them inspiration and direction to life. For example, Many UPSC aspirants set a goal to become IPS officer, if they don’t set this goal, then they cannot achieve this high rank job.
Question 5- What would you feel if you couldn’t achieve your goals?
Answer:- Obviously, I wouldn’t feel better initially, but I will start working hard again in order to achieve my goal.
