I know some people who are good at making guests feel welcome in their home, however today I am going to talk about my uncle. His name is Gulzaar, and he is my father’s friend. He is a retired army officer and nowadays he is free at home. He has a great personality. He always welcomes people with an open heart.
I always praise him for his hospitality. Once someone visits his home, he feels over the moon. Moving ahead, he gives a special feel to the visitors with his welcoming nature. He take care of everything such as providing refreshment and other needs of guests. He never gets tired, and he is able to handle everything so nicely. Apart from this, his verbal communication is so good, he behaves so well and politely.
He is also a good listener and listens to other’s experience and also tells his life experience. Honestly speaking, I never feel bored whenever I visit his home. His hospitality is so amazing, and I always have wonderful experience. Additionally, we have lots of fun together and we have a good bond with each other. He always prepares my favorite food items and almond milk on my visit.
When I visit his house, I feel like my own home due to the environment which he creates. Last but not the least, his caring nature is also admirable and always leave a long lasting impression on visitor. I think it is a pleasure to visit his home. So, this is a person who is good at making people feel welcome and I have great respect.

well, I have met many people in my life who are good at making people feel welcome in their home. Here, I would love to comment on that person who is close to my heart and exceptional in this skill. Actually, I am talking about MANDEEP who has been living just stone’s throw away from my place for last 20 years. It takes only 5 minutes to reach his home by walk. I must tell you that he is an English teacher and teaching in one private school nowadays. Well, in 2020, I met him first time in my life.
Actually, I went to a party which was thrown by our mutual friend. He was also there and my friend introduced me to him. I was impressed by his style of handshake. I was really into it. After the first meeting, we started becoming close friends. There are many things which make him special in terms of welcoming people. First of all, he is a great listener. He always listen the others with genuine interest. People never feel sense of alienation while talking to this person.
To be honest, it is not a piece of cake for everyone to get mastery over this skill. Secondly, he is also good at cooking skill. Whenever anyone visits his home, he serves delicious dishes which are prepared by him. Sometimes, I also visit his home to just taste mouth-watering dishes. Otherwise, in these days, people have busy schedule, so they do not put much effort to please others especially by making different kinds of food.
Apart from this, his body language is also very positive. He is always full of beans. He never gets wrinkle on his face while talking to others. His way of greeting, a pat on the back or a friendly arm around the shoulder is just amazing. These are all the things which make him different from others. I feel great about this person. I feel proud while saying he is my best friend.
