Introduction
Being a student, I have to study hard and burn midnight oil to get desirable results in my academics. Most of the time, I love to study alone, and sometimes when the subjects are boring, I can prefer to study in a group.
However, today I want to shed some light on a person with whom I love to study in the upcoming days. I have one bosom friend named Aman. We studied together till XII standard in the commerce stream. He is an extremely intelligent person and has unique qualities. I must say that he is a good study partner.
His learning power is great. So, if I get a chance to do my further studies with him in the same college, I would love to join his company. Nowadays he is doing a bachelor’s in business administration in Canada. Moreover, I am also planning to do further studies in Canada, so I think that it will be a great opportunity for me to join him.

Even when I was in XII standard, there was no tuition for Accountancy subject that I found difficult near my hometown. At that time, he used to teach me this subject. He has very confidence and patience to teach anyone.
In addition to it, the most important reason why I love to study with him is that he is always willing to share his knowledge with other individuals. I would choose Bachelor in business administration in my future because I have a lot of interest in the business field.
In this subject, I will learn about the concepts of marketing, sales, and human resource. It not only gives bookish knowledge but also provides practical knowledge through projects and practical’s. So, Aman is my friend with whom I love to study in future.

Ans. I prefer to study or work with a punctual person because I don’t want any type of delay in work or study. Apart from this, I love to study with an intelligent, cooperative, and helpful person because I’m very serious related to my studies and work. If I do work with these types of people then I easily share and get knowledge from each other’s as well as, easily understand without facing sorts of difficulties.
2.) Do you think managers can be friends with their subordinates?
Ans. To make a strong bonding and relationship, managers can be friendly with their employees. They should make conversation and get to know their team members. But they also need to set boundaries and ensure that the relationship stays professional.
3.) Which one is more important for you at work, development in work-related skills or recognition from your supervisor?
Ans. I believe that both are important. Development in work-related skills means that a person can enhance their chances of promotion and can boost the productivity of the company. On the other hand, recognition from a supervisor gives benefits to people about their further business goals and gives them a sense of purpose.
4.) Should children be allowed to choose whom they want to sit with or should it be decided by the teacher?
Ans. I believe that it should depend on their age factor and school level. If children are studying in primary school, their seats should be decided by their tutors because they know much better than students. However, if they are studying in secondary schools, then they can decide their seats by themselves or by teachers.

Ans. Definitely yes, children should be involved in management activities in school so that it becomes beneficial for their future development. By participating, they can enhance their cooperation, teamwork, and harmony. And whenever they work with others, they can also enhance their public skills means social skills.

Ans. Everyone should behave politely and calmly. People should have good office etiquette so that they can behave well with their supervisors and managers. Moreover, everyone should have a sense of kindness and willingness to share their innovations with others.

Ans. I think students in school must get along with others because whenever they make friends in school it helps them to develop important life skills like getting along with other people and sorting out conflicts and problems. Moreover, they can develop social skills and become more confident.
