Introduction

Well, i believe that I am gifted with eidetic memory, but in certain situations I find myself at a dead end. From those incidents I am going to mention one here.

I vividly remember that around 6 months ago, my maternal uncle have shifted to his new house, due to which he organized a family get together. Eventually I along with my family were also invited. Basically his new residence was in the outskirts of the city in a newly built colony, because of which I was unaware of his address.

As this is technical era, i always use Google maps for navigation, as it makes finding locations a piece of cake due to my unconditional trust on Google maps, I started my journey. On our half way I noticed that the road was passing through the open fields and there was no village or city nearby.

After sometime I saw that the navigation app was unable to find direction owing to unavailability of internet. At that time I was pins and needles, but I tried to calm down and go ahead on the same road. Moreover after driving for around 2 km I saw a small grocery store, I went to the shop and asked the individual to tell the address which my uncle sent me.

He was a young man and was aware of the area he told me the direction to my destination, I thanked him a lot and started my journey again and reached my uncle’s house. After this incidence I was on cloud nine as I reached my destination but I was a bit terrified too.

Conclusion

Since then I have never trusted blindly on technology. All in all this was the time when I got lost in my life.
