Well waiting is not a walk in the park for everyone and also not everyone’s cup of tea. And I am not exception. I had to wait plenty of times for someone or something in my life.
But here I am interested to talk about an occasion when I had to wait for something fabulous for a prolonged period of time. It happened when i started my college life. Actually my college was very far from my hometown and I had to go to college by bus. As public transportation in my hometown was not fully developed at that time, I was often late for class which was affecting my study negatively.

Then I decided to buy my own vehicle for commuting to college. However, sadly I didn’t have money to purchase a bike because I was a student. Moreover I didn’t want to put financial burden on my parents since they have already done a lot for me. So I made up mind to purchase a two-wheeler with my own earnings.
But at the same time I knew that it would not happen in the blink of an eye, Instead, it would take a huge amount of time. Hence I could do nothing except wait. Along with studying I started doing a part-time job in order to fulfill my wish and at the end I was able to buy a brand-new bike with my own hard-earned cash.
Explaining further as for as my feelings while waiting are considered, I remained as cool as a cucumber because I knew that It would undoubtedly take time to collect a big chunk of money for getting a bike. But having said that when finally I got my desired thing, frankly speaking I was feeling myself on the top of the world. what’s more my parents also, were absolutely delighted because of this.

Well,,nowadays people do not like to wait for someone and i am one of them. Today, i am going to talk about a time when i had to wait for my online delivery. It happened two years ago, when i went to a market in order to buy a book.
The name of the book is ‘playing it my way’. It is the autobiography of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. When i visited market and asked about that book, then shopkeeper told me to wait for that book. Actually, he ordered that book online.

I came to know that it will take around 3-4 days to get my order. So, i decided to wait for that book. As a matter of fact, i did not buy anything online at that time. So, i had no other option instead of waiting. I am a big fan of sachin and i wanted to know more about his life. As far as my feelings are concerned, i felt quite excited as well as restless.
I was eagerly waiting for that book. In fact i called shopkeeper many times and asked when will i get my order. Although, I watched sachin’s all performances but i wanted to know everything regarding his life. I spent my 4 days of waiting like 4 years. So that was a time when i waited for a book.

Well, these days nobody likes to wait for anyone or anything, however if something they have to wait for Will benefit them then people wait. Honestly speaking, I too do not like waiting much, but today I would like to talk about an incident when I waited for approximately one and half months.
So I made this decision in July month as I wanted to purchase an iPhone. For this I went to an iPhone store in Ludhiana city with my close friend named Inder because he has pretty good knowledge about iPhones as I was an android user at that time so I didn’t know much about iPhones.
In that store we both checked all the models of iPhone such as iPhone 11, 12 and 13 and I decided to purchase 13 because of its camera quality and design. Although, design of 12 and 13 was approximately the same, the cameras were different. We both clicked some pictures with both the models and in that competition iPhone 13 won.
I was on cloud nine at that time and was thinking that I found a perfect phone for myself as I like to click photos and make videos a lot but all my happiness faded away when I checked the price of that iphone because the price was Beyond my expectations. Then suddenly my friend made a plan to purchase the same model in September month because in September iPhone 14 was certain to launch and Inder told me, on the launch of new iPhone the price of iPhone 13 will drop. After listening to this I made a decision to wait till September.

That one and half month was seriously very difficult for me, I would say I was counting days to buy an iPhone 13. Finally, when the new model launched in September month, the price of iPhone 13 dropped, immediately my friend Inder notified me regarding that and i ordered that. After approximately seven days my iPhone was in my hand, I was in seventh Heaven at that time. Hence, this was the situation when I chose to wait.
