Introduction

Well, HAVING PEACE OF MIND is MANDATORY in order to stay FIT AS A FIDDLE. Although I like every NOOK AND CORNER of my abode. But, here I would like to talk about a particular area where I feel AT EASE.

It is none other than the terrace of my place. I go there TWICE a day, once in the morning time and once in the evening time. I feel relaxed there for a VARIETY OF reasons. The PROMINENT ONE is that at the top of my house, the air is so fresh, which allows me to INHALE fresh air while listening to the birds chirp.

Moreover, from my rooftop I can see the beauty of my town, which lets me to enjoy a BREATHTAKING view. ASIDE FROM THESE, I have planted many plants there so the environment is so PLEASANT and CALM.

During these times, i imagine myself in LAP OF NATURE. If I talk about activities, I do so many When it comes to morning, I do some exercises there with my BOSOM FRIEND that not only help me to stay relaxed but also keep me active the whole day.

On the other hand, in the evenings, my ENTIRE neighborhood gathers on the terrace to do some meditation, which helps me reduce stress as well as feel REJUVENATED. Finally, because of all of these factors, I CONSIDER this area of my home to be the IDEAL spot to UNWIND.

An area in my home where I feel relaxed is the meditation room in my home. We have a small room attached to the backyard of our home which we have converted into a meditation room. I feel comfortable and tranquil in that room for multiple reasons.

The room/s cosy and has a very positive aura. The ambience and the colours of the wall are warm and pastel. The room is quite and cosy and the best place to concentrate and relax. I don’t have to do anything special to become relaxed because the atmosphere of the room on its own relaxes me. I use this room for a lot of things.

I meditate there and sometimes to work or do my study. At times I sit there and sip a cup of coffee or tea. Sometimes my friends come over and we use the room to chat and listen to light music. We have installed a small swing in this room. I sit there in the mornings and late evenings and I feel calm and serene with the sounds of chirping birds and cool breeze.

I am so lucky to have this room in my home that I don’t need a weekend or a holiday home. Relaxation is just room away in my home. The meditation room in my home is well lit and well ventilated. It is not very spacious but that small space makes it appear beautiful and peaceful. All of us should relax at least for 20 minutes a day.

It rejuvenises and energizes us. There are no special efforts needed to relax the mind. We just need to detach ourselves from everyone and everything for awhile. One can also relax while taking bath, while driving before sleeping or while offering worship and prayers to God. Home should be clutter free and clean. There are some people who also feel relaxed in the kitchen because cooking is the therapeutic for many people.

Answer– Yes of course, exercise plays an essential part in people’s life. Doing exercise is beneficial for body as well as mental health. Moreover, exercise helps to prevent from various diseases such as, heart attack, Diabetes, obesity and so on.

Answer– There are several factors responsible behind this. First and foremost reason is competition. High competition is leading to Stressful life in both education and work field. Apart from this, people who are financially weak, they also suffer with depression.

Question 3- Do you think there should be classes for teaching young people and children how to be relaxed?

Answer– Yes definitely, relaxation classes should be available for youngsters and children. Educational institutions should provide classes for meditation and other kind of relaxing activities. It will help them to relax their mind, hence they can perform better in their studies.

Question 4 – Why is it difficult for some people to relax?

Answer-Due to competitive atmosphere, individuals stay busy in their work so that they find difficulty to relax. Sometimes, they get disturbed due to many circumstances, hence it becomes hard to relax.

Answer– Well, majority of masses do not prefer to exercise after work because they get tired during their working hours. However, some individuals are health conscious, they do exercise after working hours. They go to gym or park for exercise.

Answer– In my view, it depends upon person to person. Some people prefer to spend their time in personal room, however some utilize in garden. Moreover, some individuals like to spend time in lobby with other family members. For example, I spend my leisure time in lobby with my family members and we do lots of fun.
