Well, I have done a lot of interesting activities during my primary school days, however today I would like to talk about a difficult task which I did once in upper primary school. It was about making a project on ‘Save water’. I vividly remember, it happened in 8th class when I participated in an Art competition with my classmates, Aman and Deepak. Honestly speaking, earlier, we both had never participated in any project work. It was a new experience for us. Moreover, we had only 2 hours to complete that project.
We planned for few minutes and divided our responsibilities. I began to cut the foam sheets and pasted the colored papers on it. Aman created a logo of ‘save water’ with sparkle pen on the top of foam sheet and Deepak pasted the prints of people of wasting water. I also showed the drought land due to lack of water as well as recycling process of rain water. To be honest, it was like a hard nut to crack for us, but we were our giving best to convey a message by that model.

Luckily, we finished our project in the last few minutes. After finishing our project, we were happy to see that model because it was looking eye-catching. Interestingly, we were announced first in that competition, and began dancing on stage after hearing our name as a winner. Everyone started cheering and clapping for us that was really unforgettable moment for me.
Besides this, we were awarded by school principal with cash prize and trophy as well as students and other school staff also praised for our beautiful project. All in all, I was on cloud nine because I gave a clear message through that ‘Save Water’ model and also learnt to make project or models. So, that was an interesting activity which I enjoyed the most in my upper primary school.
