Nowadays, people make complaints immediately when they get unsatisfactory service. Here, I am going to share an incident when I heard a person complaining about her WIFI network issue at BSL service store. It was about a month before when I went there to buy a new Wi-Fi connection for me.

Suddenly, a lady came there and began shouting loudly for not solving her Wi-Fi problem. She told the care center employee that it was working fine earlier, but she was not able to use it for the last 4 days. She had filed a complaint many times through phone call, but no one visited her home to check the fault.

It is known for its grand atmosphere and delicious foods. While walking down my memory lane, I vividly reminisce, 4 months ago, on the natal day of my comrade.

On that particular day my friend and I were eagerly waiting for our food. I noticed that a person at the adjacent table was also waiting for his order. Moreover After some time he started complaining to the waiter about the delay in receiving his order. The waiter was fearful and felt a bit embarrassed. I thought that perhaps, this person is famished, that’s why he got impatient. When his food arrived, seeing it he became (hot under the colour) furious. Apart from this, He started yelling at waiter because the waiter brought wrong order.

I have nothing to speak ill about this experience. Even I can say this situation was for me like killing two birds with one stone. I not only learnt how to calm like manager but also enjoyed scrumptious food. To cut the long story short, this was a time when I heard someone complaining about something in a restaurant.
