Well, I am health-conscious person and I go for morning walk in park everyday. Last tuesday, like other days, I was doing walk in the park with my cousin. It was too cold/hot day (Speak weather according to your speaking month). During that time, I noticed a girl throwing her empty food polythenes on the grass.
She was around 15 years old. Her father sat next to him, and he also ignored the bad habit of his daughter. I felt really sad to see the rubbish in the park. Hence, I picked it up and put it in dustbin. After few minutes, she again threw another polythene. At that time, I picked up that food polythene and went towards her.
Instead of throwing it by myself, I requested her to throw the garbage in bin because I wanted to teach her lesson. I also told her the drawbacks of littering in surrounding and advised to clean the surrounding. She accepted her mistake and put waste in the bin. She also promised me to clean her surrounding and always tell others to put litter in the dustbin.
My cousin also appreciated my efforts for conveying the message to that girl for avoid littering in the park. To be honest, I felt over the moon that I did something good for the environment. I think a little contribution can also help to keep the environment clean and it is important too.

In this modern era, people are impulsive buyers and they purchase unnecessary things and throw them out after one use. Which creates solid waste in our society. Here I would like to speak about a very precious thing, which was thrown by a neighbor.
A couple of weeks ago I was standing in my front door house and I saw my neighbor’s aunt throw left food in the street garbage. I felt very disappointed as food is very precious and so many people and animals die every year from starvation. Then I thought to pick this food. I collected all the waste food in one mud pot. After picking up food I looked for some street dogs and animals
I serve them. Then I visited my neighbor’s aunt and told her not to throw food like that, as we can serve the food to animals. Then she felt my words and promised me that she would never throw food in the street again.
After that, My whole colony started to collect the waste food in one container and serve it to street animals. I felt glad that day because I did a good thing and because of this one step everybody knows the value of food, and learned to use spare food in a proper way.
